He served as executor of estates and was involved in every phase of estate administration. Ronald M. Fraioli has extensive experience in resolving real estate transactions. He also has a good record of settling cases through successful mediation.
Along with his partner, Peter V. Moore they formed Fraioli & Moore and focused on the practices of estate litigation, litigation contesting, wills and the resolution of family property disputes, as well as estate planning, real estate and commercial litigation.
Peter V. Moore is a lifelong resident of Bergen County, New Jersey.
As a Dean's list student, Mr. Morre graduated from Seton Hall University in 1976 with a BA in political science. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University Law School in 1981.
Peter V. Moore has over 30 years experience in resolving complex real estate matters. He also has extensive experience in estate administration and the general practice of law.
In 1984 with Ronald M. Fraioli they founded the law firm of Fraioli & Moore.
